Please be advised that some treatments may not be suitable, this will be discussed during your consultation.

A credit card number will be required to secure appointments lasting over 2 hours.

No persons under 16 years will be allowed to have treatments without parent / guardian consent.

Cancellations & Late Arrival
Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations so that we can reallocate your treatment time.

If we receive less than 24 hours notice & the treatment time can not be re-allocated, you will incur a 100% charge.

Cancellations made on the day of appointment will be charge at full treatment price.

For appointments lasting over 2 hours we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation.

Late arrival will result in your treatment time being amended. If as a result of late arrival it is necessary to reschedule, you will be charged fully for your original appointment.

Patch Testing
If you have not had any of the following treatments with The Retreat or within the last 6 months, a patch test is essential 48 hours prior to treatment, for insurance purposes.
